Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

  • • Build positive, long-lasting relationships with our client base through frequent client engagement and numerous customer touchpoints.

  • • Provide timely assistance and support to clients regarding their queries and issues related to our SaaS platforms, making sure to prioritize client satisfaction.

  • • Develop and execute a strategy to expand existing customer relationships to help grow revenue.

  • • Achieve monthly retention and renewal targets of existing clients, and grow overall portfolio size by up-selling and cross-selling across Roby’s suite of products and services.

  • • Proactively identify issues that may impact a renewal, and engage all available resources to resolve any knots.

  • • Actively track client's usage of our solutions, ensuring activity and engagement levels are kept high.

  • • Build and grow relationships within the client's organization at all levels including C-Suite executives, decision-makers, and end-users.

Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with strong academic results.

  • • 2 - 3 years of account management experience with a proven track record of fulfilling and exceeding customer expectations.

  • • Familiar with critical account management responsibilities such as retention of clients, up-selling and cross-selling across your client pool.

  • • Derive great enjoyment being in client servicing roles with a naturally strong customer focus.

  • • Passionate about building relationships along with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • • Dealt with complex or escalated customer situations, and able to navigate large organizations and gain executive-level buy-in.

  • • Strong empathy for customers, plus a passion for influencing customer revenue and growth.

Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • • Sell to and acquire new customers for Roby in order to hit monthly sales targets.

  • • Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers and influencers.

  • • Carry out product demos to clients and nurture leads until contracts are signed.

  • • Translate technical speak into a language our clients can understand.

  • • Develop a comprehensive understanding of property technology.

  • • Work closely with our implementation and account management functions to maximise customer value.

  • • Ensure customers experience seamless deployment of the Roby architecture.

Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with strong academic results.

  • • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record.

  • • You are bold and have no fear of picking up the phone and hunting your own leads.

  • • Professional polish and the confidence to meet senior executives face to face.

  • • Excellent relationship-building skills.

  • • A passion for property and technology.

  • • High energy and an ability to lift people around you.

  • • Curiosity to learn. Training will be provided but you must be a quick learner.

Join our Tel-Aviv team

Product Manager

Responsibilities

  • • Work with a multi-disciplinary team of developers and designers to create best in class products and features.

  • • Listen to client feedback directly and from our team of customer success manager and sales teams and use this to create new features.

  • • Run and participate in design sprints to rapidly move from research to testable prototypes.

  • • Work with the team to create mock-ups, feature specs and user stories to aid product development.

  • •Constantly be seeking ways to deliver effective product quickly and then gathering feedback to improve them further.

  • • Build and maintain a product roadmap in line with Roby’s product strategy and direction.

  • • Be obsessive with the detail.

Requirements

  • • A degree in a technical subject or demonstrable experience of working with technical people.

  • • 3+ years of experience in product management preferably within an environment operating agile methodologies.

  • • A passion for technology.

  • • An ability to work in a fast paced, nimble technology environment and be comfortable with ambiguity.

  • • A demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that customers will love.

Responsibilities

  • • From design to delivery, you’ll build the highest quality features and maintainable code.

  • • Building scalable APIs.

  • • You’ll participate in technical design sessions and code reviews.

  • • Making test driven development the heart of our code base.

Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.

  • • At least 3 years demonstrable expertise in PHP, NodeJS or React.

  • • Experience designing, implementing and integrating with RESTful APIs.

  • • A familiarity with cloud infrastructure; if this is with AWS so much the better
